Verdict

Conditions should turn this opener into a real test of stamina and that will suit VORAMAR TWO, who has finished runner-up in both starts over the larger obstacles so far having failed to match the pace of a pair of useful novices in Watamu Bay and Aiteen Thirtythree. Whats Up Woody, a winner twice over hurdles last season, has already won between the flags but may need this after a lay-off and General Kutuzov may also need more time. The jury is out on Tarateeno after a poor run at Newbury, but the mares Moorlands Teri and Silver Kate both showed up well on their first start over fences and should have learned from the experience.
