Verdict

MY BOY JAMES is unexposed and has been getting closer. Making his handicap debut today, his turn may have arrived. Zenafire only found one too good in a higher grade at Uttoxeter last month while Hill Fort looked to be on the way back at Southwell and is a previous course and distance winner. Grams And Ounces only gave best approaching the last at Towcester last month and also comes into the reckoning along with the in-form Thundering Home, though Richard Mitchell’s grey steps up a grade in search of a hat-trick. Get Rhythm was only beaten half-a-length at Newbury last time but has been raised 3lb for that.
