Verdict

Space Ace placed twice before winning at Lingfield last month but didn’t run up to that form in a nursery at Newbury nine days ago when behind Nat Love. The latter has also had four starts so is also a little exposed but Junvieve could be improving. A couple of newcomers catch the eye in this, however, with Maximilius a brother to 1m2f winner in Germany. LOVE DESTINY is a half-brother to four winners and still has an entry in a valuable sales race at York next week. Mark Johnston’s colt is likely to be ready for this.
