Verdict

The three recent winners look the ones to follow and there are various available collateral form lines. Beallandendall makes most appeal on the book after a much-improved run when winning here in February with three of today's opponents behind but the concern is that he has yet to perform effectively on the forecast heavy ground. Finnegan's Garden has proved a good servant for connections this term and seems sure to run his race once again as his profile is hallmarked with consistency. LIGHTENTERTAINMENT was a very decent hurdler in the past for Chris Gordon but had looked on the decline over the last 18 months until winning easily over fences at Lingfield last time. If he can reproduce that level under similar conditions here, he could be good enough running of a very attractive mark.
