Some of these have failed to live up to expectations this term but RED MARLING is certainly deserving of another chance. Still a maiden after 10 attempts. he's posted good efforts over this trip the last three times and only went under by a short-head latest at Leicester in a similar contest. He handles all ground and looks the safest option. Birdolini concedes weight all round but looks on the upgrade.
