Verdict

AHEADOFHISTIME always saves his best for Chepstow and he is taken to win again at the expense of Baseball Ted and Mighty Moose. The selection comes to life at what would be his local track and is only four pounds higher for his win here last time out. He is not the easiest to predict and will not want to hit the front until halfway up the run in as he does tend to pull himself up once in front. All that said his jockey now knows him well and we feel he is worth siding with once again. Baseball Ted has top weight to deal with and may well now be within the grip of the handicapper. He has risen in the weights for running well but not for actually winning races. He did win well at Ascot back in December but since then he has been clobbered. The stable are in the form of their life though so any market moves should be noted, however for the winner we return to Aheadofhistime.
