In depth

Verdict

Stroke of Midnight will be popular for Richard Hannon after a run of three seconds, defeated by narrow margins the last twice. There seems nothing amiss with her attitude and she seems sure to post another competitive account. Thatsallimsaying has shown ability on both starts and now tackles a sixth furlong for the first time and the daughter of Dandy Man will be a danger if handling the additional yardage but LAVINIA ROSE is the choice. She progressed from a satisfactory Windsor debut to post a close second in a Newbury maiden, the first two nearly four lengths clear of the third. She faces the same trip and ground here and can go one better.
