In depth

Verdict

Brandon Castle went close over 1m6f at Chester earlier while Abyaat was disqualified for edging into a rival when passing the post first in soft ground here back in May. MAJOR MAC has yet to win but has form in soft ground with a second over course and distance before a below par effort over a longer trip. Hughie Morrison's charge gets a tentative vote with Island Authority a likely improver now handicapping for the first time.
