        Verdict

        Ask is impossible to oppose in this maiden with My Petra and Izadore rating the main dangers. The selection was a good second behind Classic Punch last time out, that form looks rock solid and with the step up in trip likely to bring about more improvement he will be hard to beat. My Petra rates the main danger on his best form but he was slightly disappointing behind Postage Stampe last time and as he lacks the scope of the selection he looks worth taking on. Izadore showed a modicum of ability on his debut and is another that is sure to improve so he should be monitored in the market. Of the remainder Light Dreams is another that could improve for the longer trip but he was well behind the selection last time and on the same terms here he has a little to find and with this in mind for the winner we return to Ask.
