The Herds Garden has done reasonably well over timber and, though not bred for chasing, will have been given plenty of schooling and could do well at this game. Stonehall Jack stayed on well behind Draycott Place at Limerick, though giving the impression that a longer trip would suit. The Conker Club was in the process of reaching a place when falling at the last at Thurles and, if none the worse, should reach the frame again. DEANO (NAP) has twice been run out of it close home when tackling an extra two furlongs on his two starts over fences. This isn't the greatest of races so he's expected to get off the mark.
