Verdict

Cliffside Park is the only course and distance winner in the line-up but he has been running poorly over further including when a long way behind Plinth at Killarney on Monday while Unrequited, who was once rated 87 on the Flat, could have been found an easier debut opportunity over timber. Prickly had been in reasonable form over fences during the winter before a run on the Flat here a couple of weeks ago but has plenty to find on official ratings with Morgan and ORNUA. The former won a Naas maiden in February though that was on testing ground and he hasn't been quite as effective in quicker condition but the latter was heavily supported to make a successful reappearance after a break on good going at Down Royal and did so with the minimum of fuss.
