A low grade handicap in which the market may play a part but SOUTH SOUTH WEST looks the one to be on. He missed a race at Wexford recently where he would have been strongly fancied having shown progressive form earlier. He's been put up 2lb for a close third behind Oh Happy Days at Gowran and, providing he acts on this much quicker ground, can take this. Jamming was noted running on over 7f at Gowran and may do better though he was well beaten over this trip previously. Linkup makes a quick reappearance after a fair effort at Chepstow on Tuesday and couldn't get much lower in the weights, a remark that also applies to Porterman who was involved in that astonishing race at Wexford won by Time Of My Life by 15 lengths.
