Verdict

Grade 1-winning hurdler JERED didn't exactly set the world alight over fences last season but he's still rated 150 over timber and should prove too good for these if fit enough after a break since falling at Cheltenham in March. Bumper and hurdles winner Silver Friend was probably lacking in experience when only third at Naas on his final start of last season in March and should do better this term as should Mr Warbucks, though he looks a chasing type and that may be his forte. New Phase has some decent form to his credit though he may do better when returned to handicaps as he's penalised here.
