Verdict

Carnet De Stage was a 50/1 chance when runner-up in heavy ground at Limerick so improvement can be expected. Flash De Cierval led for a long way at Gowran last month and should do better but Willie Mullins looks to have found a nice opportunity for MISTER CAPITANO. A half-brother to three winners on the Flat in Germany, including a Group 2 winner, he looks the type to follow. The Last Emperor had some decent for on the level for Roger Varian and will be better for his recent introduction to hurdling.
