In depth

Verdict

A field of 17 go to post for this handicap hurdle and recent impressive scorer SPIDER BOB is taken to go in again ahead of Rock County and Wall Of Silence. Gordon Elliott's son of Bob's Return was an emphatic winner on his latest start and still looks to be well ahead of the handicapper. He is turned out quickly after his easy success five days ago and has a promising seven lbs claimer to ease his burden. Rock County also won his last start in decent fashion and again should be in the mix. However, he will do well to turn over the selection. Wall Of Silence ran in an above average mares race at Clonmel 22 days ago and this event may be easier. The ever reliable Davy Russell takes the reins on the daughter of Lahib and she can get into the shake up. Mount Welcome and Mon Champion are others to note but Spider Bob gets the call.
