Golden Twilight beat a big field of maidens over the course and distance in August and ended the year completing a Dundalk double. He'll be better for his comeback at Cork while Max Mayhem landed a premier handicap on his only visit here before a couple of runs over hurdles. The latter's yard is also represented by the lightly-raced Isle Of Sark, beaten a nose by today's rival Bowerman at Dundalk in February with the winner much better off at the weights and one for the shortlist. Annexation was in good form at Dundalk over the winter and was staying on over this trip at Leopardstown a couple of weeks ago though the vote goes to MASHHOOR (NAP), a winner for the Stoute yard last season and an eye-catcher on his debut for new connections at Cork. Moracana beat a big field on her handicap debut at Leopardstown and with normal progress should make a bold bid to defy a 9lb rise.
