Verdict

Aidan O'Brien has won this four times in the past eight years - all with three-year-olds. ST PATRICK'S DAY (NAP) scored on Dirt at Del Mar for Bob Baffert on just his second start, beating the very smart Instilled Regard into second. He's entered in all the major sprints and can carry on the stable tradition. Alexios Komnenos was sent to Belmont for the Grade 1 Manhattan Stakes three weeks ago but never really showed, though his victory in the Group 3 Desmond Stakes at Leopardstown in August would put him in the picture. Zorion beat Allegio a head on the latter track earlier this month but the latter, who is also engaged here tomorrow, is 3lb better off. I'm So Fancy won easily over 1m2f here last time, though that was over 1m2f, while Ambassadorial has plenty to do.
