Verdict

Oregon Gift had gone close at Brighton before running badly at Pontefract and Cisco Boy also went backwards in the same race. Crack Shot and Hail Clodius were both well beaten on their respective debuts and Gregoria never threatened when third over 5f at Brighton. So OVERLORD will not need to be anything out of the ordinary to score at the first time of asking and this half-brother to a couple of winning sprinters may well prove good enough.
