Giogiobbo ran better than expected when fourth at Goodwood and his yard had a big sprint winner at the Dante meeting earlier this week. LOVELY BREEZE placed twice over 6f off this mark last season. She missed the break on her reappearance at Haydock three weeks ago and is just preferred to Prince Of Bel Lir, still well treated despite a 6lb rise for winning at Yarmouth. Mighty Gurkha was running in much better company last year and slips further down the weights so can’t be ignored with Mellys Flyer also interesting under a talented 7lb claimer.
