      Verdict

Marginal preference here is for Black Dahlia ahead of Snowy Indian and Broken Moon. The selection may be held up until late, and after narrowly missing out in her last 3 races, she's capable of winning this. Firm ground will help her cause, so keep an eye out for any rain.. Sir Michael Stoute's Snowy Indian is making her seasonal debut; she'll want it firm as well, but may need the run to get into her stride. Broken Moon is being stepped up in trip for the first time and may find the distance more to her liking, but as a tentative pick, we'll go with Black Dahlia.
