In depth

Verdict

Azagal has shown promise but is already starting to look exposed. Darling Boyz may not achieved much in finishing third at Newcastle but is probably open to improvement, though Fair Ranger's form looks stronger and he was placed here on debut. But we're inclined to take a chance on BARBARY, who is by Rock Of Gibraltar and a half-brother to a useful winning two-year-old. James Fanshawe doesn't run many juveniles here but has a good strike rate. Regiment, a half-brother to several winners including the speedy Romantic Myth and Romantic Liason, and the filly Mitchelton are other newcomers worth a second glance.
