Not many of these can be fancied with any great confidence, so SIX STRINGS is only a tentative selection. He is lightly raced and open to improvement and the soft ground was probably to blame for his reverse last time. Top weight Johnny Barnes has to be feared, while grand servant Belgian Bill should be on the premises, along with, Get Knotted , Burnt Sugar and the consistent Masham Star .
