Verdict

Let's have a game of TIDDLIWINKS and side with Kevin Ryan's gelding; others to consider include Speedy Guru and Captain Dancer. A son of Piccolo, the selection was able to get off the mark with little fuss at Wolverhampton last time out. A mark of 72 for this foray into handicaps means that punters have a bit of a guessing game, however he is open to plenty of improvement and he should handle the ground conditions this afternoon. Speedy Guru did it nicely at Leicester but has a 5lb penalty for that win; she handles this ground however and is not to be underestimated. The drop back in trip should suit Great Art, My Best Bet is consistent and likely to give backers a good run for their money, whilst Captain Dancer handles this ground and he should come on plenty for his reappearance effort at Salisbury. Steel Free is starting to look fairly treated in the handicap, Steel Stockholder continues to run well in defeat but is ultimately still a maiden after 17 starts, whilst Iron Out has the services of one of the best jockeys in the race today. An open finale, but we will take a leap of faith with Tiddliwinks.
