Verdict

Old friend Cyflymder has as good a chance as any off bottom weight in a race like this. Sakhalin Star has been thereabouts in most races this year but was behind Call Out Loud, as was Depth Charge, over 7f here in April, though the winner is still 6lb higher. Victoire De Lyphar's win at Leicester in April came in a seller and ABERLADY is trying a new trip as she seeks a first victory. But the only three-year-old in the contest did go close when last ridden by Ryan Moore at Kempton just under a year ago so gets the nod. Uncle Dermot could give us a run for our money if turning up as recent rain is very much in his favour. But he was due to run last night at Nottingham and the in-form Little Choosey steps up a grade for this.
