Verdict

Kildimo was declared at Fakenham yesterday. This looks a cracking maiden with several of these likely to be winning soon. Time Leader is almost certainly better than he showed at Sedgefield and Will Carver has also won between the flags and is less exposed. Road Senam had some very good form over fences in France but disappointed over timber at Ffos Las. A useful sort in bumpers, THE EDGAR WALLACE wasn’t beaten far on his hurdles bow at Ascot, rallying under pressure having got outpaced off the final turn – this galloping track should play to his strengths. Kennack Bay hinted at ability here last month but Sam Barton looks a bigger danger as, despite losing a shoe, he finished half-a-length of Bumpy Johnson when both were placed at Hereford.
