Verdict

Captain Venti was hard on the steel when winning last time and may well have plenty more left to offer. The step up to a mile seems to have been the making of him and he should go close to defying a 7lb rise in the ratings. Free Option also has to be considered on the pick of his form and has shaped as if coming to hand in his last couple of outings. It's Our Secret and Thesaurus should give a good account of themselves - whilst it would take an act of faith to support True Night in finally making the most of a lenient mark.
