Verdict

Clara Sorrento appeared to find 2m4f on testing ground too much for him at Tipperary and can do better in these conditions. Minella Fair also represents Noel Meade and the point-to-point runner-up should have a future over jumps given his pedigree. Jimmy Breekie kept finding one too good but it was no disgrace to be beaten by Bosco Di Alco here in May and his trainer gets plenty of winners around here. The four-year-old RUNFORDAVE gets an age allowance and has the advantage of a recent run having chased home Pateen at Killarney. He looks certain to improve and looks another for Gordon Elliott. Ramore Will was well beaten in two bumpers in the spring but comes here on the back of a comfortable victory between the flags last month.
