Jim Bolger has placed CEOL NA NOG brilliantly to complete a hat-trick and she arrives here on the back of a facile victory over this trip at Leopardstown on Thursday. She's likely to shoot up the ratings as a result so carrying a 5lb penalty looks the best option and a four-timer beckons. Witty Repartee won this last year by over three lengths from Princess Aloof and though she's only had two subsequent runs she looks as though she's been primed for another crack. The runner-up ran an excellent race in a premier handicap at the Curragh and should be competitive again while Simannka reappeared after a long absence to hold off Tonkinese on fast going at Clonmel. Brosnan is running well but is 13lb higher than her only victory at Dundalk.
