Verdict

Coach Bombay has twice been a beaten favourite at Dundalk after scoring there in March and is obviously thought capable of better. Golan Heights almost made all at Dundalk a couple of weeks ago but his Turf form makes dismal reading as he's yet to reach a place in 14 starts on the Flat and over hurdles. Denise Foster is trying Kalacan in blinkers for the first time and though he's another with a shocking strike-rate at least he's managed to get on the scoresheet once, though it was in 2008. He's normally to be seen racing over a mile but this longer trip may enable him to do better though he was behind LADY LYRATH at Bellewstown earlier this month and the latter, who has since run well behind Big Bad Billy Bob at Killarney, can gain her first success on just her eighth start.
