This is a low-grade handicap and it will be a surprise if POORMANS HILL is beaten. Gordon Elliott's charge has won both starts for the yard over fences by a combined total of 30l and is now rated 106 over the bigger obstacles so coming here on 19lb lower should prove a straightforward task. Uptake went up 6lb for winning over the trip at Down Royal but didn't perform as well at Navan next time while point-to-point winner Novo Dawn has done better over fences.
