Atlantic Breaker had some decent form in maidens on this track last summer but was beaten in a poor race on a return visit a fortnight ago. CANNY TOM has had 14 starts over timber without winning and hasn't run since December but his earlier performances in handicaps put him right in the picture for this and he gets the nod. Gordon Elliott also runs Westinmare, who won a bumper here but has so far shown nothing over hurdles, and Dorans River, who has a similar profile and makes his debut for the yard. Ciaoifsin is only moderate judging by what we've seen to date.
