Verdict

This is virtually a re-run of a similar event run here a week ago in which BALMONT FLYER gained an easy victory over Saint By Day, Trans City and Alubari. Not surprisingly the winner has been handed an 8lb rise in the weights but he won with such authority that a follow-up looks likely. General Bunching hasn't won for a year but has been handed a chance by the assessor and ran well enough behind Days Ahead last week. Fleeting Moment is another to have been dropped in the ratings and would be a threat if anywhere near his best.
