Verdict

Colm Murphy is striking quickly with ALADDINS CAVE and it isn't difficult to see why. A 5lbs penalty for an easy success at Leopardstown last week doesn't appear enough to prevent a hat-trick and he ran well on his only start on this track in May. The maiden Luigina Immacolata produced a fine run over today's course in March but that was over 2m and this looks on the short side. The three-year-old Hawk Dance may have more to offer on her handicap debut but Strandfield Lady has yet to prove she stays this far despite staying on at the end of 1m2f. Accompanist is a regular around here and can never be discounted as he is generally thereabouts.
