AHIMSA, the only filly in the race, has been a disappointment so far but looks to have been found an ideal opportunity to boost her stud value. Better things were expected of her after four decent runs in strong competition last year but she's shown very little in her two starts so far this term including at Cork on Saturday. This, though, looks a comparatively weak affair. Catfromtherock showed good pace in nurseries last season and at least has form on the surface though a bigger threat could emerge in the shape of newcomer Bensoon as the daughter of Refuse To Bend is out of a mare who won over 1m1f. That Boy David is a half-brother to the speedy Ghostwing and is one to keep an eye on in the betting.
