In depth

Verdict

NED'S INDIAN attempted to make all over the track and trip a fortnight ago but was caught inside the final furlong and narrowly beaten in a three-way photo. Colin Keane's claim can help him gain compensation from the same mark. Teajaybe makes a quick reappearance after a very good run here on Wednesday though he remains a maiden after 24 starts. Nics Montoya ran well behind Reckless Lad last month though that was over a mile and she's unproven over this trip. Noverre Princess could win this at her best though she hasn't been seen since March and the betting may provide clues.
