Verdict

CARLA BIANCA has entries in several major events and will need to win easily to justify them. Narrowly beaten by the highly regarded Australia on her debut at the Curragh, she was then sent for the Group 1 Moyglare there and ran an excellent race for such an inexperienced filly. Meandering, like most of her stablemates, looked in need of the run on her debut in testing conditions at Leopardstown and will have come on enough to pose a threat if the selection doesn't come up to scratch. Sea Coast is the second foal of a mare who has already produced a 1m2f winner so she's likely to be suited by this trip on her reappearance while the Sea The Stars filly Stars So Bright is from a top family of middle-distance performers though she holds no fancy entries.
