In depth

Verdict

Unchanged made a promising start over the track and trip before tackling an extra furlong and not quite getting there behind Petit Adagio with Maknificent not too far back in fourth. Period Piece has been well supported for all three starts on this track and is likely to start a short-price again but she's been looking one-paced. TAP FOCUS showed her first sign of ability on her third appearance at Roscommon and though she looks as though a longer trip would suit she's been put in at a realistic claiming price and is handed the vote. Blue Fragrance had her chances last season but was a disappointment when fancied on her final start here in October.
