Verdict

After finishing runner-up a fortnight ago, Capla Knight attracted good support on Wednesday but could only stay on at one pace. Brokers Tip attempted to make all over 6f the same evening and was clear at one stage but was caught close home. Inductive is on a long losing run and has to race from 5lb wrong in the weights though ran much better last month under Alan Persse. Mullacash Buzz went up 9lb for last month's victory and was only fifth behind Miss Cunning next time. MACCLIFF has continued to run well since returning with a victory in January and it could be her turn tonight.
