    Verdict

Another tricky handicap to unravel but PROBE should be able to take up a good position and may prove good enough to defy another 7lb rise. Apollo One, a good third behind the selection in a 21-runner Newmarket handicap last time, seems sure to come on here as that was a first start for 178 days Mr Wagyu has a touch of class and shouldn't encounter traffic problems as he usually breaks well and it wouldn't be a surprise if he'd been prepared with this race in mind. Haymaker and Spring Bloom both came good last time and are preferred in that order.
