      Verdict

Filun finished a respectable third at Salisbury last time with Gloucester and the disappointing Mons Calpe behind. He should be thereabouts again along with My Valley, who has been in fine form over longer trips of late. Sand Skier has taken a rapid slide down the weights and will be looking to bounce back in this lower grade, but dual course winner Potentiale has plenty to prove over today's trip. Lingfield turf winner GOLDTREK was conceding 14lb to Mons Calpe when third at Windsor last month and gets the vote to reverse running on much better terms and land this contest in the process.
