Verdict

All three of Massannie's victories over hurdles have come on fast ground. But she will have needed her run behind Toubeera at Plumpton in January and did win her bumper on soft going. Toubeera's trainer Venetia Williams runs Bobble Boru and she'll be aiming to bounce back from a poor run at Fakenham having won earlier at Wincanton. BUCKBORU makes her debut over timber but showed progressive form in bumpers and has a jumper's pedigree. She will have no problem with ground or trip so could be the value bet and is much preferred to fellow hurdlers newcomer Molly Maid.
