Verdict

LOWER HOPE DANDY (NAP) would have given Kilcullen Flem plenty to think about at Bangor on his belated chasing bow had he not missed out the second last. Third Bassarabad franked the form at Warwick next time and Venetia Williams’ 10-year-old should be too good for these. Bramble Brook ran well behind West Wizard on his debut over the larger obstacles at Ffos Las but has not built on that effort and is still a maiden. He was also behind Quinto here in January so Jimmy Frost’s charge looks the danger to the selection ahead of Flashjack. Jockey bookings would suggest Say My Name is preferred to stablemate Ugolin De Beaumont.
