Verdict

Perspicace has become expensive to follow and, likewise, Fred Le Macon. The Kvilleken and Party Palace have been on the go all summer and look vulnerable at this level while it may be significant that Tom O'Brien rides Walter White, who returns from a long absence, in preference to Alf Wright who has disappointed so far for Philip Hobbs. The form of Belize's stable could be better so we'll take MILORD to make a successful return even though it's almost a year since he beat Neville in a maiden hurdle at Wincanton.
