A pretty ordinary finale but Abbeygrey was in front and appeared to be travelling best when blundering and unseating his rider at the second-last over fences at Ludlow in October and is rated 5lb lower over timber. Page Fuller is good value for her 5lb claim in races like this and LUNAR FLOW will have needed last month’s run at Towcester. He won on his only previous start on this track. Violets Girl would have a squeak and so would Brave Deed, fourth over course and distance on his reappearance. Late Shipment won twice on the Flat in 2014 but has been disappointing over timber.
