The front-running Bon Accord ran his best race to date at Down Royal on Friday but still looks a few pounds high. Big Bad Billy Bob can't get his head in front despite dropping to a fair mark, a remark than also applies to Jouster. Moscow Treat is progressing but a 7lb rise for her Gowran success looks a bit harsh though Man Of Erin has gone up even more, 13lb for a comfortable victory at Naas on his handicap debut. Ok Annie has gone up the same amount for making all on ground with plenty of give at Gowran and won't find similar conditions here so, in a race where there are several front-runners, COPPERTOP is handed the vote as he came from a long way behind to finish runner-up to Ok Annie and is now 12lb better off.
