    Verdict

    SAN ANDREAS (NAP) won this a year ago for Joseph O'Brien, who also has Velocidad engaged here. The former has only won once subsequently but has continued to go well and can see off his younger stablemate, who won a Curragh Group 2 last June and looked in need of the run on her reappearance in a Listed race at Cork last month. Ace Aussie has raced in much stronger company since landing a Cork maiden in 2020 while Affogato gained plenty of admirers when scoring at Gowran in April with a subsequent winner in third. Cork maiden winner Confident Star found Group 3 company just beyond him at Leopardstown though was only beaten a couple of lengths.
