Verdict

PHOTO CALL made a very promising start when runner-up to stablemate Lahinch Classics over 1m3f at Dundalk and the winner was then narrowly beaten in a Listed contest. It was a surprise to see David Wachman dropping her to a mile at Navan where she didn't quicken as expected but the runner-up from that race has scored twice since. She gets the nod dropping back even further in trip as none of the remaining trio with experience have a similar level of form. With her yard in outstanding form, Adroit looks a real threat on her belated debut as she's a daughter of Oasis Dream out of a mare who has produced winners with her first six foals. Both Affectionate Lady and Whipalong are bred for pace and the market may be the best guide to their chances.
