Fire In His Eyes, a winning bumper and dual winner over hurdles, has been unable to get his head in front over fences though all of his runs have been on very testing ground. He wouldn't want any more rain but his stable companion Sunsetstorise handles any conditions and was an impressive winner of a Navan handicap last time. Not surprisingly he's been hit hard by the assessor and runner-up Flemenstorm will be a massive 16lb better off for a six-length beating. NICOLE'S MILAN (NAP) beat the latter narrowly over slightly shorter here in February when in receipt of 2lb. He's getting the same amount here and Sean Aherne's progressive chaser looks the one to be on. Artic Pearl won a beginners' event at Leopardstown and looked the likely winner when impeded and unseating his rider at the second last at Thurles so he's another with prospects in an open event.
