Howling Wolf's form figures may not look inspiring since his maiden victory at Leopardstown, where he beat Royal Ascot winner Santiago, but he's been racing at a much higher level. Kerandi made a successful debut at Dundalk in March so the lack of a recent run won't be a concern but Mythologic couldn't quite overcome a 5lb rise for a Dundalk victory when only fourth at Leopardstown. PROTAGONIST has been raised 12lb for an impressive victory at Gowran and arrives here with a 6lb penalty so gets the nod, though Silvertown arrives in the same situation for his victory at Tipperary where he was well supported for his handicap debut. Mr Mooj was badly impeded in the closing stages at Dundalk in January and got the race in the stewards' room after finishing second.
