Verdict

Miss Crick was a comfortable Worcester scorer when breaking her maiden last month and obviously commands respect in this follow-up attempt but FOR GOODNESS SAKE is preferred. The Greatrex filly jumped really well when scoring at Market Rasen and the form of that race received a massive boost last Sunday when the runner-up, Lycidas, hacked up in a Kelso novice hurdle. The selection also receives a handy 3lb from the KIng mare and Gavin Sheehan is in the plate in preference to the yard's other runner, Harry Redknapp's Violets Girl. The latter hasn't been seen since taking a Stratford bumper last July and may need the run on her hurdling debut. Keep an eye on Juwireya, who has joined Philip Hobbs this year having been absent, quite remarkably, since March 2011.
